Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dmw33 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the dmw33 website, creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

Account Registration and Security

To use the dmw33 platform, you must create a single registered account. Registration requires providing a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number and a password of your choosing. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. dmw33 will never ask you for your account password via any communication channel, including email, live chat, or phone.

You must notify dmw33 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of your account security. dmw33 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure or from unauthorised access that occurs before you report it to us.

• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details, including your registered mobile number, remain accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered mobile number must be requested through the official support channel.
• Each player may hold only one account on dmw33. If it is discovered that you hold multiple accounts, dmw33 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with you and to void any winnings or bonus funds accrued across those accounts.
• dmw33 reserves the right to conduct enhanced KYC (Know Your Customer) checks on any account at any time. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

dmw33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests exclusively through the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of the transaction. Accepted payment methods for Bangladesh players currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. The list of accepted payment methods may change from time to time. It is your responsibility to check the current list before initiating a transaction.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the dmw33 platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though dmw33 may apply enhanced verification requirements for large individual transactions or patterns of high-volume activity.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the same account. This anti-money laundering measure ensures that funds are returned to the original source.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes of submission during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended if a withdrawal triggers an enhanced verification review. dmw33 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems, including bKash, Nagad, or banking networks.
• All funds deposited into your dmw33 account must be derived from legitimate sources. dmw33 does not accept deposits that originate from illegal activity, third-party funding, or any source that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

dmw33 reserves the right to reverse, delay, or decline any withdrawal request where the account is under review for compliance, security, or verification purposes. In cases where fraud or policy violation is confirmed, any pending withdrawal may be cancelled and the balance may be forfeited.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

dmw33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any additional terms specific to the individual promotion:

• Bonus funds are credited to your account following a qualifying deposit and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly at the time of the offer.
• dmw33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is withdrawn before a player has met the relevant wagering requirement, the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it will be removed from the player's account.

Seasonal promotions — including but not limited to BPL-season offers, IPL offers, T20 World Cup promotions, Eid promotions, and Pohela Boishakh bonuses — are subject to their own specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion. General bonus terms apply where specific terms do not address a particular situation.

Game Rules, RNG, and Fair Play

All games available on the dmw33 platform operate in accordance with the official rules published by their respective game studios and providers. In the case of conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, the game provider's official rules take precedence for matters relating to game mechanics, outcomes, and RTP. These Terms take precedence for matters relating to account management, payments, bonuses, and player conduct.

All random outcomes in casino games on the dmw33 platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. dmw33 does not and cannot modify the outcome of any game round. • Any mal function, exploit, bug, or software vulnerability discovered on the platform must be reported to dmw33 support immediately. Players who exploit platform vulnerabilities for financial gain will have their accounts closed and any associated winnings forfeited. Responsible disclosure of bugs is welcomed and may be rewarded at dmw33's discretion.
• Sports betting outcomes are determined solely by the official result of the relevant sporting event as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute over a sporting outcome, the decision of dmw33's trading team is final.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dmw33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Providing false or misleading registration information, including but not limited to a false name, date of birth, or mobile number.
• Operating more than one account or assisting another individual to open or operate an account in circumvention of platform rules.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to place bets, manipulate outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal source.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of corruption that affects the integrity of a bet or a game round.

Account Suspension and Termination

dmw33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in violation of these Terms, is subject to a legal or regulatory inquiry, or poses a risk to the security or integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited.

Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be refunded to the player's registered payment method, provided that all outstanding wagering requirements have been met and no compliance review is pending. dmw33 will process voluntary closure requests within 5 business days of receipt.

Responsible Gaming

dmw33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a suite of tools that allow players to manage their gambling activity and set personal limits. Unauthorised use of platform content may result in account closure and legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dmw33 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service. dmw33 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

dmw33 is not responsible for losses caused by internet connectivity issues, device failure, power outages, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control. Players are responsible for ensuring that their device and internet connection are adequate for their intended use of the platform before placing any real-money bet.

Privacy and Data Protection
